Benefits of Tea Tree Oil Good For Skin

Benefits of tea tree oil

In the previous article, I have written about morning detox tea recipes for healthy body and skin. Now, I want to answer the question, is tea tree oil good for the skin?
The skin needs natural nutrition to look fresh. One natural ingredient that is good for skin care is tea tree oil.

Here are some of the benefits of tea tree oil:
1. Whiten Skin
Add one tomato to the mixer and add tea tree oil to make a mask. Apply the mask to the face and leave it for ten minutes. Rinse with warm water and dry.

This mask also helps eliminate the brown color on the face due to sun exposure. Don't worry, tea tree oil won't get rid of your original skin color.
Meanwhile, for dry skin, can combine five tablespoons of tea tree oil with one tablespoon of almond oil. Gently massage into your skin and leave.
Afterwards, take a shower and wash your face as usual. The usual use of this face mask can keep your skin hydrated for a longer time.
2. Eliminating Acne

To get maximum results, mix two to three drops of tea tree oil with one tablespoon each honey and yogurt. Apply this mixture on your zits.
Leave for about 20 minutes, after that wash your face with water and repeat every day. That way, tea tree oil will help relieve pimples. Even if you suffer from dark spots or break out your zits, this oil can save facial skin.
Simply apply a few drops of oil on a cotton swab and gently apply it to the infected area. Leave on for 10 minutes then rinse. You can also use gel and face wash containing tea tree oil.
3. Helps prevent urinary infection
Tea tree oil is effective against antibiotic resistant bacteria - which is why it is able to work well in preventing bladder infections. Tea tree oil vapors inhibit bacteria (one of which is E. coli) which causes this infection. Adding ten drops of oil to your bath water can be used as a cleanser for your urethral opening area - which can help in treatment. But because research on this is limited, you better consult with a doctor.
4. Helps in the treatment of sexual diseases
Tea tree oil can also help in the treatment of chlamydia, a sexually transmitted infection caused by the Chlamydia trachomatis bacteria. As per studies, tea tree oil has the potential to treat infections - but further studies are needed to strengthen its use (6). Consult your doctor before using tea tree oil for this purpose.
5. Treating vaginal odor
As per anecdotal evidence, tea tree oil can help eliminate vaginal odor. The natural antifungal and antimicrobial properties of oil can help cure. You just need to mix a few drops of tea tree oil with water. Apply one or two drops to the area outside your vagina. You can repeat this for three to 5 days, and if the symptoms don't improve (or worsen), stop using it and talk to your doctor.
