It is well known that there are many health benefits of tea such as weight loss. Detoxification of tea will help the diet.  But, what about detox tea recipes for weight loss?

Here are 5 detox tea recipes for weight loss:
1. Ginger and lemon tea
Ingredient :
- Six slices of fresh ginger
- half a lemon juice and water
 - Bring boiling water.
How to make :
- Pour hot water into a small teapot to brew the tea 
- add ginger and lemon juice
- After 10 minutes strain and pour into a cup
- After reaching a fairly warm temperature, drink ginger and lemon slimming herbal tea.  Ideal for consumption before breakfast.
2. Green tea
You can use classic sachets or leaves that have been dried and packaged in a box.  For every 250 grams of warm water, 3 or 4 grams of green tea is enough.  You should pour it when the water temperature reaches 70-80 degrees C. Infuse water usually lasts 3 minutes.
3. Green Tea and Gringer
How to make :
Add about 250 ml of water to bring to a boil in the pan.  When it boils, add 2-3 slices of fresh ginger and boil for another 2-3 minutes.  Turn off the heat, add the green tea bag, cover with a lid and let it brew for another 5 minutes.
After the color is strong, strain and serve.  It is recommended to consume herbal tea when fasting or between meals, 2-3 glasses a day is not a problem.
4. Herbal tea with elderberry and orange blossom
How to make :
You need 50 grams of elderberry, 30 grams of orange flowers and 20 grams of linden leaves.  For each cup of boiling water, pour one teaspoon of this mixture.  Leave for 5 minutes in infusion water, filter and drink without sugar.
To be a little sweeter and you prefer to drink this herbal tea, you can add a teaspoon of honey.  Do not get more than one spoonful.
5. Herbal tea with mate, licorice and guarana
How to make :
Herbal tea is a mixture of 30 grams of yerba mate leaves, 20 grams of guarana seeds, 15 grams of licorice root, 15 grams of orange peel and 20 grams of green tea.
Add 250 ml of water, heat it and when it starts to heat, add one tablespoon of the herbal mixture.  Turn off after boiling, cover and allow to infuse for 10 minutes.  Strain and drink 2 times a day.
