Korean Spicy Tofu Soup Recipe

Let's be productive while staying at home.  One productive activity is cooking.  The idea for cooking now is to make Korean spicy tofu soup.

Ingredients :

♧  1 large tofu box (around 200 gr)

♧ 1 egg

♧ soy bean sprouts to taste

 ♧ enough cabbage

♧ Chinese cabbage to taste

♧ Enoki mushrooms to taste

Cut seasoning:

 ♧ 2 scallions

♧ 1/2 clove of onion

Ground spices:

 ♧ 2 cloves of garlic

♧ 4 cloves of shallot

 ♧ 4 cayenne peppers

♧ 2 red chilies

♧ 1 teaspoon chili powder

♧ 1 tablespoon lime juice

♧ oyster sauce, salt and sugar to taste

 How to make:

◇ Saute ground spices and onions until fragrant.  Pour water and cook until boiling.

◇ Add tofu and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, cook until boiling.

◇ Add the vegetables and cook again until it boils.  Taste test, if it's not tasty, add salt and sugar to taste.
◇ Beat the eggs and pour into boiling sauce.  Add the leeks and stir again until they blend.
